Good to know

What's included in a day?

A full day of streaming — live translated audio AND captions, in your chosen languages, for an audience up to your selected size. No hourly meter. Multi-day? Save 15% on two days, 25% on three.

Is audio really included? I thought captions were the base.

Audio is the headline. Every package gives your audience a real translated voice in their ears, with captions underneath — not captions with audio as an upsell.

Do my listeners pay or install anything?

No. They scan a code and listen in their phone's browser. No app, no account, no hardware.

Do attendees need headphones?

Any earbuds work — most people bring their own. Want to cover everyone? Babel Pods are branded earbuds with your logo, handed out at the door and theirs to keep, priced near cost. Wired by default (no battery, no pairing), wireless if you want the premium touch.

How do I pick? Languages and audience.

Two choices: how many languages you need, and how big your audience is (up to 70, 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000, or more). Bigger crowd or unlimited languages — let's talk.

I just need accessibility captions, not translation.

That's the Captions package — same-language live captions for ADA/CART compliance, with the NDI streamer included to key straight into your broadcast. $299/day, a fraction of a human captioner. Add translated audio whenever you need it.

I run events all the time. Is there a better rate?

Yes — a 10- or 25-event pack drops the per-event price. Running events for clients? The partner program adds margin on every job.

Run events for a living?

Add Babel to every job and keep the margin. Nothing to stock, nothing to install for your client. It runs off the feed you're already sending.
